Man Convicted For Robbing More Than 1,000 Pieces Of Harry Potter Memorabilia

Harry Potter fans are always on the lookout for walls to mark and dress to know the Hogwarts they have. A former Warner Bros employee will now spend 18 months in a United Kingdom prison to steal items like this from the famous film series!

Adam Hill, 35, was sentenced to prison on Friday after the Warner Bros suspension. Studios and 250 hours of unpaid work for Harry Potter Harry Potter’s Harry Crown Court store and over 1,040 items on his own eBay account. Hill stole the Warner Bros warehouse documents while he was an employee of Warner Bros.

He was discovered in March 2018 when his colleagues started to see that products emerged and vanished from under his desk. The theft dated December 2017, according to the Crown Prosecution Service report. The internal investigation began when the police found 12 packages packed and ready to be delivered with stolen goods in Harry Potter’s car and his eBay service.

Adam Hill pleaded guilty to the robberies on 28 November and was now sentenced to prison time. The robberies follow a news story about a former Disney employee who also robs Walt Disney World fans and sells them to NBA player Robin Lopez.

On a lighter note, when Jason Isaacs started playing Lucius Malfoy, he ultimately tried to imitate The Daily Prophet but was “taken” by producer David Yates.

There were “thousands” in the breeze, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it wasn’t shocking when people like Adam Hill sold merchandise. Late Alan Rickman was reportedly the real Rick, who stole the Gringotts coins from the movie on the first day.

Crazy enough, almost a decade has passed since the first Harry Potter movie series came to an end. A bit of a conference took place recently of Hogwarts alumni, including Emma Watson, Tom Felton, Evanna Lynch, Bonnie Wright, and Matthew Lewis. The interest in the show has only increased after Deathly Hallows part 2 was wrapped up, in particular with Harry Potter and Sorcerer’s Stone auctioned for $50,000 recently.

The next film for the franchise is Eddie Redmayne, the third Fantastic Beasts film, as Newt Scamander. The film is expected to begin shooting before the release date of November 12, 2021, after some reworking of the script.
